Manager/Senior Manager - Brand Marketing - Calyxpod

1. Develop offline marketing plan, conduct surveys for Calyxpod to create brand identity and increase awareness, reach among Corporates, Institutes and develop a loyal client base for the organization.

2. Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations. Create marketing/public relations strategy that will allow Calyxpod to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the product users, clients and the media.

3. Coordinate with the content strategy team and design all individual projects and develop effective brand strategy for all. . Assist to promote brand by creating offline awareness by visiting colleges create and maintain awareness for all campaigns and design all PR plans and proposals . Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and products. Generate various brand publicity exercises, organize conferences and seminars for various colleges.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, tech, sales, etc to analyze feedback of product development, sales conversion, user and customer feedback and create, launch and track the performance of product and service offerings in the market.

5. Participate and recommend various brand awareness activities for organization and implement all marketing strategies for all brands and implement all programs as per requirement. Develop strategic relationships and alliances with relevant industry players, agencies and vendors to increase the brand presence and client base. Plan and strategize outreach programs, workshops, training and demo material.

6. Collaborate with various team members and monitor and ensure compliance to service objectives and provide required education. Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
