Job Responsibilities: - Co-own the brand positioning, brand health and brand assets for all brands - Plan, strategize and execute offline ATL marketing campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market - Planning and execution of all communication, PR and media actions on all Non-Digital channels - Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding - Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items - Competitor, customer, and consumer insights analysis - Create impactful brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Work closely with central marketing, trade marketing, demand and design teams for media buying, planning and creating/executing brand plans - Manage Partnerships and Collaborations with influencers, designer partners or other 3rd party - Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines - Working closely with cross functional teams like product, business to ensure key goals are achieved - Program management of key company initiatives - Work with Social Media team for new product launches and promotion of Youtube channel (on brand's social media pages).
