- Should have very good experience in brand management,making brand plans,making brand strategies.

- Should involved into develop the plans/strategy of the brand.

- Should involved into approving Media Plans and Calendar, ensure maintenance of the brand budget

- Should have experience in handling advertising, media and promotion.

- Should involved into ensuring timely and within cost development of products as per the brief.

- Should have experience in identify and implement profit enhancing ideas on the brand.

- Person should be result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating with good planning and organisational ability

- Should hsve high level of communication ability and presentation skills
