Job Role Details:
- To assist in developing interventions, functional behaviour assessments and behaviour plans for the purpose of providing an effective learning intervention for desired behaviours
- To interact and collate information from SME {Subject Matter Experts} and seek relevant approvals from various departments for accuracy & representation of content.
- To incorporate Instructional Design Principles and ensure - ADDIES- is followed to meet business objectives. To ensure Affective Domain Objectives are considered while creating learning assets
- To conduct TNA {Training Need Analysis} and incorporate findings to produce an affective content where required.
- To maintain learner profile data and measure learning effectiveness
