Promoting online/blended programs to corporates in designated territory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for planning and achieving sales targets for Programs
- Build and implement strategies to maximize conversion % for all programs
- Generate reports, conduct regular reviews and analyse data for team
- Build and manage large funnel of prospects through engagement and nurturing
- Manage a team of 8 -10 Program Advisors & Counselors, driving productivity and generating revenue through them.
- Responsible for all client escalations and assist the team is closing the same.
- Work closely with the marketing, content creating and delivery teams to execute campaigns and provide program feedback.
- Handling multiple international programs simultaneously
- Responsible for team skilling and on-boarding of new hires.
- Engage in building a strong brand for TNE courses amongst the target groups.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing.
- 10 - 12 years online education, overseas training institutes, ITES outbound sales
- At least 5+ years of experience in handling a B2C Inside Sales Process
- Analytical bend of mind with problem solving skills
- Good with data and number crunching, finding insights and solutions to improve conversion
- Strong Sales Leadership attribute
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision making ability
