Areas of responsibility & brief description:
- Identify the need of the customer - price or product, and accordingly start off counselling.
- Counselling the customer with a very high degree of accuracy on the product
- Driving Sales through the Shop/Franchisee and growing the business
- Manage day to day Leisure Travel Sales
- To ensure that the staff at the counter handover the brochure / response prior to closure of counselling session
- Set & achieve sales targets
- Customer Satisfaction
- 10-15 years experience , Graduation Degree
