Manager/Senior Manager/AVP/VP - Finance Control/Finance & Accounts - FMCG/Pharma/FMCD - CA

We have multiple opportunities for Manager/Senior Manager/AVP/VP/Finance Controller/Finance & Accounts role with various organization's.

Experience - 5 to 15 Years

Education - CA compulsory

Locations - Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi NCR

- Quality experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Compliance, Treasury Management, Finalization of Accounts, Audits, Budgeting and Forecasting, Management reporting, SAP.

- Overall responsibility for the entire accounts, tax and compliance, which includes accurate recording of books of accounts, timely audit and tax optimization, calculation and filing across entities.

- Preparing Financial Statement and notes to account in alignment with Statutory auditor

- Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditor.

- Scrutiny of General Ledger and Sub Ledger.

- Coordinating with the Banks and other financial institutions.

- Cash flow forecasting, monitoring and optimum utilization of funds.

- Coordinating with Insurance companies and brokers to ensure adequate coverage.

- Co-ordinating and providing data for Due Diligence.

- Coordination with SAP & other vendors for driving automation across the finance domain.

- Setting up a commercial process and defining SOPs.

- Business partnering with the Supply Chain finance team - Driving Commercial hygiene and cost efficiency.

- Business Partnering with Sales team (E-com, Retail, Website, EBO) - Ensuring timely collections, processing of claims and driving commercial hygiene.

- Obtaining confirmation of balance on a quarterly basis from all vendors and customers, reconciliation if any.
