We have an urgent opening DSA Channel ASM -Senior Manager/AVP one of the leading bank in Hyderabad
Profile Details:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Undertakes responsibility for business development through training & engaging with Team, Channel Partners :DSA
- Conducts proactive business development activities from new & existing clients through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors.
- Takes ownership to monitor competitor sales strategy and develops plans to counter the same
- Ensures all performance standards are met iz. Business targets, Quality Parameters, Spends, Relationship Management, Controls and Compliance.
Revenue Generation:
- Drives his/her team to ensure business objective in terms of no. of customer, spends, cross sell, etc. as per agreed budgets / targets.
- Targets specific business opportunities leading to achievement of the budget and ensures seamless coordination between customer & team members.
Relationship Management :
- Takes initiatives to engage and build relationships with branch & also external channel partners and deliver a positive customer experience leading to higher spends.
- Acts as interface between internal stake holders to ensure delivery within TAT and fulfillment of the requirements.
Documentation and Compliance :
- Demonstrates the highest levels of controls and compliance adherence in the sales process and in personal conduct.
- Supervisory role handling a team size of 5-6 Sales manager
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Masters degree preferred
- Written and spoken English is essential
EXPERIENCE
Salary offered: 10 - 14 LPA
