Role Summary:

Job Description :

Responsible for contributing to the P&L of the Business Line- execution and business development.

- Business development and lead generation

- Execution of assignment to achieve agreed targets

- Mapping of Supply

- Close working & coordination with line manager for successful execution of deals

- Obtaining fresh supply / listings & improve supply database

- Timely submission of RFP/Business development calls tracker, regular follow with all clients and in time responses

- Timely submission of Win & Loss tracker

- Interaction with colleagues from other service lines and clients for key businesses

- Expand the market coverage to new market segments and increase market share in existing markets

- Ensure cross selling and generate business for other service lines

- Close tracking of competition and secure business from their non-mandated clients and add them to clientele

Education Qualification:

- Post graduate in Marketing, Finance

Work Experience:

- 3 to 9 years relevant experience in Land, Industrial and Warehousing. Preferably from an IPC or have experience in an IPC. Alternative could be Developers but need to be smart and doing relevant profile.

- Smart MBAs who has good presence in the RE market, in relevant business

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent Networking and Relationships management with Corporate, Developers, HNIs- etc.

- Able to handle pre execution- execution-post execution smoothly

- Strong Business Development/selling skills

- Able to work in a team smoothly
