The Director, Corporate Relations will have the opportunity to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for company fast-growing Executive Education business, by engaging with top Organizations in the region. S/he will work closely with senior company leadership teams to offer right Executive Education Services to right audiences, optimized for India, Middle East and other emerging markets - The ideal candidate will have a strategy/BD/sales planning background. S/he must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to external stakeholders. S/he will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win! - We are entrepreneurial and have a bias for action and a broad mandate to experiment and innovate. Responsibilities: - Serve as a key member of the Executive Education Sales Planning Team, helping to drive overall Company custom business strategy and business growth. - Prepare cutting edge Proposals and Presentations to Client teams The Candidate: Basic Qualifications: - 6 to 15 years of experience in consultative selling, sales planning, business development - Excellent Proposal development skills over Power Point and Word and superior verbal communication skills - Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment as an individual contributor Preferred Qualifications: - Proven success in winning new Custom Executive Education Clients - Experience with top Consulting/ Business Schools/Training Companies.
