Business Analyst with sound knowledge of Commodity Market

Primary purpose

- End-to-End Project Management & Ownership of Wealth Management in order to achieve Strategy, Performance Excellence, Service Excellence, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Channels and other related areas.

- Actively engage with Units Heads & Stakeholders to understand requirements, provide dynamic solutions and lead project execution.

- Use Structured methods & analytics to Deliver Results

- Handling vendors and managing all IT/support related activities

Project Management Overall Project Management & Execution, including

- Initiating & Planning

- Delivering results

- Monitoring & Controlling

- Project Risks

- Stakeholder Management

- Project Closure

Business Analysis - Requirement gathering to produce structured, functional specifications

- Research to understand data points required to produce a certain result or data analysis

- Working on complex data elements

- Proven record of working through the full project life cycle

- Proven experience working in a project environment with different methodologies and approaches

- Experience of working in a banking change environment

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong stakeholder management

- Excellent communication skills

Consulting Skills - Dealing with a cross section of colleagues, influencing skills and building bridges to achieve desired results

- Business Analysis, Project Management and Change Management within a Universal banking environment
