Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Corporate Sales - Insurance Broker

- Looking to hire for an Established Insurance Broker for Corporate sales role across levels and locations:

- Should have a good knowledge of Insurance, exposure to Direct Corporate sales, good business communication skills and should be a team player.

Responsibilities include:

- Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.

- Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.

- Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.

- Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.

- Achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices.

Education:

- University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred
