Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure all client contracted deliverables are met at required level of service

- Handle Feasibility & Market study assignments individually and be able to supervise team members assigned for similar engagements

- Be fully conversant with financial modelling related to feasibility studies and hotel asset valuations including mentoring other team members

- Be able to work independently on Operator Search assignments and be extremely well versed on Hotel Management Contracts and their nuances with respect to Operator and Owner related issues.

- Manage invoicing for the business unit and control of debtors

- Continually look to develop systems to improve client service and reporting capability

- Assist with the preparation of submissions for new business opportunities.

- Conduct marketing presentations to prospective and current clients;
