Title : Manager/Senior Manager - Audit Quality Monitor

Skill set :

- We are looking for candidates from audit background from Big 4 firms or Country Practice.

- Candidates should be CA/CPA qualified with minimum 6+ years experience.

- Team management would be an added advantage.

Roles :

- AQM is a high end technical role, which consists of managers and senior managers focused on monitoring or enhancing quality checks of the audits performed by global teams.

- The team assists the global teams in various quality-related initiatives such as:

- Pre Issuance reviews including thematic or hot file reviews

- Preparing for PCAOB inspections

- Audit quality reviews (AQRs)

- The role is highly technical and the ideal candidate should possess deep and thorough knowledge of audit concepts. GAAS or sector knowledge and experience are preferable.

- The individual should have strong communication skills and should demonstrate executive presence and maturity when collaborating with partners or directors.
