About this role: We are looking to hire a Merchandising Operations Manager. The individual is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly process oriented, demonstrate high ownership and bias for action. Here's what will be expected out of you every day: - Own cataloguing and studio metrics, processes and costs. - Drive cross functional projects such as automation, process re-engineering, productivity and TAT improvements. - Extensively partner with cross functional teams and fulfil the catalogue requirements to ensure products are taken live within timelines. - Plan hiring of in-house/out-sourced manpower. - Manage the capacity for in-house/outsourced partners for both cataloguing and studio operations. - Ensure that there are strict guidelines in terms of both quality and timelines for both cataloguing and studio Ops for products to go-live. The ideal candidate should have: - Knowledge and experience in workflow automation and process design - Ability to manage a team of assistant managers and associates - Data driven problem solving skills - Cataloguing and e-commerce experience - 4-7 years of relevant work experience with min 2 years of experience in team management.
