Opening for Internal communication in a leading firm Location : Gurgaon Designation Manager/ Sr Manager &amp; Associate Director Role : - This role is responsible for supporting FHI strategy &amp; people agenda through overall business management &amp; administration support for FHI, managing all internal communication, intranet, internal branding, employee engagement, leadership engagement, town halls, events, visits, reward &amp; recognition, employee opinion surveys for FHI India. What the Business Does: - This role is based in Gurugram at Business Management, Finance Hub India division reporting to the Head of Business Management. As specialists in this field you will be required to comply with all client policies and deliver against all relevant statutory, regulatory, supervisory and legal obligations. - Proactive identification and effective management and/or escalation of conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes. Own, manage and supervise the risks which exist in the business area, ensuring mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage and mitigate risk within a defined Risk Appetite, working in conjunction with the 2 Line of Development (LOD) Your Responsibilities: As Associate Director your key responsibilities will be: - Ensure employees alignment with the wider FHI and Finance priorities. - Driving the employee opinion surveys Barometer surveys and Our View - Responsible for Employee engagement initiatives across FHI India - Supporting actively the Employee Value Proposition and Community Investment agenda across FHI India. This will require working closely with functional finance teams - Provide strategic and tactical oversight &amp; support to the business teams as needed including property management, transport, security &amp; general administration - Contribute and collaborate on initiatives across the business - Delivering the communications support on defined projects with the support of the FHI India MT and ELT to enhance capability across FHI India - Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the local project plan and budget in line with agreed programme governance - Manage relationships with support functions and with external suppliers - Planning &amp; execution of various events e.g. Senior Management visits, Town Halls, Reward &amp; Recognition etc. - Internal communications - Strategize, own, manage and deliver an engaging, and effective engagement &amp; communications to support Finance/ FHI campaigns, strategic communications and business initiatives - Consult and understand internal stakeholder's communication needs and recommend suitable approaches. - Responsible for the delivery of communication material relating to FHI India - Delivery of communications planning and outputs in line with the needs of the business, fully utilising the communications channels available. Ensuring that these plans fit with the overall client communication plans and objectives - Own, manage and supervise the risks which exist in the business area, ensuring mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage and mitigate risk within a defined Risk Appetite. - Proactive identification and effective management and/or escalation of conduct risk . - Comply with all client policies as appropriate to role. The Skills you will need - 17+ years of diverse experience with exposure to Business Management/ Administration, Project Management, Transitions and Corporate/ Internal Communications role. - Experience in internal communications, executive communications, marketing or change management preferred - Excellent interpersonal skills - Must be a strong strategic thinker - Must be able to successfully work in a global matrix organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects - Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency - Proficiency with web-based, digital communications and internal social media tools a plus - Recognised relevant professional qualification or experience - Proven leadership, communication and influencing skills. - Project Management experience - Influencing and senior stakeholder relationship management - Prior team management experience - Experienced at leading and developing strategic initiatives - Track record of effective supplier management and maintaining business partnerships - Good knowledge of Finance function and key stakeholders Shraddha Mehta
