Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director - Growth & Strategic Consulting - BFSI

We are urgently looking for Manager / Sr Manager/Associate Director - Growth and Strategic Consulting with one of the MNC firm in Mumbai.

ONLY CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE IN "GROWTH AND STARTEGY" FOR FINANCE SECTOR SHOULD APPLY.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for consulting clients in banking / Financial domain

Would be responsible for business strategy, business analysis, process re-engineering, change management, programme management and transition management.

Excellent ability to liaise in environment involving multi stakeholders spread across geographies.

Would be responsible for Project management, stakeholder management, project work plan, resourcing & scheduling, risk & issue management.

Should have experience in delivering business solution and lead process transition across brokerage, governance, risk and compliance functions for clients.

Skills required: Management consulting, business analysis, strategy formulation, requirements gathering and analysis, project management, change management, business process transition & outsourcing, operations excellence and quality assurance.
