Job Description:

- Evaluating NPA accounts by taking Physical possession, sale of property as per SARFAESI guidelines.

- Responsible for overall debt control, recoveries and collection of NPAs

- Issuance of Notices/Replies to notices.

- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI.

- Maintaining records of original documents and NPA accounts status for RBI reports.

- Sale of Assets through DRT process under Recovery Proceedings

- Drafting and vetting of legal documentation and ensure legal compliances are adhered.

- Prepare various draft for filing under various Act's like DRT, NCLT.

What we look for:

- Litigation exposure is desirable.

- Must have relevant experience in SARFAESI Act, IBC, NCLT etc. rules and regulations

- Experience of handling NPA cases in ARC/Banking/NBFC/Financial Institutions.
