Manager / Sr. Manager - Application Security

Minimum 5 + years of experience in BFSI with hands on experience in application security review. Experience in risk identification and risk mitigation in various security Products, Processes, Services offered under.

- Participate in change management and project management discussion forums.

- Understand the application architecture and perform its security review

- Understand the internal and external connections and ensure security of the overall application

- Understand the regulatory / compliance requirements and guide and the team on its implementation

- Ensure periodic security review of applications is performed and timely closure of identified risks.

- Maintain Security Standards and ensure compliance by the respective stake holders.

- Ensure the internal trackers are regularly updated

- Perform regular review of internal checklists and trackers.

- Ensure timely responses and closure of regulatory and compliance related activities

REQUIREMENTS :

- Through understanding of security architecture and landscape

- Good understanding of Cloud services and offerings including security requirements on cloud

- Good understating of VA-PT, Application security testing and source code reviews

- Through on change management process

- Thorough understanding of applicable Regulatory Guidelines

- High degree of collaborative and conflict resolution approach and ability to take along officials with diverse perspective

- Thorough knowledge of Processes related to various tools used for Operational Risk Management including RCSA, KRIs, Incident Management, New Product Approval etc.

- Develop appropriate reporting mechanisms including dashboards/heat map and publish it to senior management

- Assist in conducting Management / Committee meetings

- Develop relationship with senior officials in all the 3 Lines of Defence (BU Heads, Head - Operations, Chief Compliance Officer
