Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - Securities Firm

This is regarding an opening with one of our client (A Leading Securities company) as a Analytic Manager, Mumbai.

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager

Role: Analytic Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Hike as per the industry norms

Job Description:

- Help build the capability of producing insights from large volumes of data through data mining, predictive modelling and advanced machine learning techniques

- Leverage business context and data analytics skills to define the business problem to be solved, document project requirements, develop methodology and road map and execute within timelines

- Develop predictive analytics based solutions for Customer Segmentation, Attrition, Stock recommendations, Employee productivity etc.

Requirements:

- Quantitative background in Statistics with min. 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in big data analytics, statistical modelling, text analytics and machine learning techniques

- Knowledge of Python/R. Experience of using these for data extraction/transformation, visualization, predictive/prescriptive modelling. Knowledge of time-series analysis, clustering, regression, classification techniques. Desire to self-learn & implement latest modelling techniques is must

- Hands-on with MS Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA /Macro, QlikSense is desirable
