Designation : Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics

Experience : 6-11 Yrs

Job Location : Bangalore

Education Qualification- Top Tier 1/Tier 2 Preferred (Masters Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- You will identify, develop and deliver key analytics projects.

- Working closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals

- Responsible for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods

- Working with different lines of business to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and capabilities :

Excellent working knowledge and- understanding of all key aspects - product,marketing, operations and finance

Excellent analytical abilities: Data driven and understanding of key analytical techniques

Strong background of working on analytical tools like- R, SAS, SQL and Excel

People management skills : Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams.
