- Strong hands on work experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling using SAS and R
- Proven experience with advanced statistical concepts such as logistic regression, CHAID, Cluster Analysis, Random Forest, Association Rules, Collaborative Filtering, Na- ve Bayes, Monte Carlo Simulation, Hidden Markov Models, Support Vector Machine
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, pro-active in exploring new approaches to problem solving and team player
Key Performance Areas (Key Task & Activities) :
- Develop advanced statistical solutions to provide best-in-class user experience to existing customers.
- Drive personalized product/service recommendation, individual level cross-sell targeting, loyalty & retention strategy across conventional and digital channels
- Pro-actively explore alternate data sources (e.g. click stream data, social media, voice records) and advanced quantitative approaches to enhance existing suite of analytics solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help problem identification and successful implementation
