Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics - BFSI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own, develop, track and refine predictive models

- Work on building and managing authorization strategy for Cards

- Policy review support - Produce and analyse the data required to review the policies

- Track various Portfolio intervention activities to show what is working and what needs to be changed

- Support portfolio with various portfolio intervention activities

- Coordinate with internal MIS team to create, amend and improve various Portfolio MIS

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:

- B.E/B.tech or MBA/MCA with minimum aggregate 50% in the qualifying exam

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3-5 Years

TECHNICAL SKILLS PREFERRED:

- SAS Basic knowledge mandatory

- SQL Basic knowledge mandatory

- R or Python Not mandatory but will be plus

- Excel Advanced knowledge mandatory

- PPT, Word Doc Basic knowledge mandatory

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS PREFERRED:

- Proactive

- Ownership in the work being done

- Good communication skills required
