They focus on contributing to the polymer-dependent SME sector in India and the benefits of their portal include end-to-end solution, technology-led, saves time for the buyers and sellers, digital payment, timely delivery, etc.
Our Pune-based client has, approx., 2500+ existing buyers across 25+ states and 700+ locations. They are dealing with, approx., 50+ polymer companies across 120+ locations. They cover various industries such as packaging, automotive, medical, consumer durables, electronics, etc.
As a Sr Manager / Manager - Analytics, you will be working with large, complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
What you will do:
- Developing compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the strategic goals of the organization.
- Monitoring and forecasting key business metrics.
- Identifying the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal.
- Designing, running and measuring experiments in A/B Framework to test business hypotheses.
- Expediting root cause analyses/insight generation against a given recurring use case through automation/self-serve platforms.
What you need to have:
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics/data science or a related field.
- Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics,Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools like SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau etc.
- Ability to directly implement solutions and see them in action.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks.
- Creative and structured thinking to solve real-world problems.
- Exposure to challenging problems across multiple domains.
- Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Comfort in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
