Roles & Responsibilities :
Demand Creation :
- Use deep data analysis and Identify sweet spots; alliances that make business sense with long term perspective of driving business
- Discussing business with these key alliances
- Signing off deals Relationship Management
- Maintain fruitful business relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Marketing :
- Working on Pricing and Promotions specific to these alliances
- Communication and Marketing at Alliance Site
- Enabling the on ground marketing team with right set of marketing material to drive all on-ground communication
Revenue Generation :
- Owning revenue numbers and driving business as per set targets
Product Enhancement :
- Working with Product team on demand creation and customer experience as per market feedback
Requirements :
- Must have led teams in the past
- Passion towards solving problems, building things from the scratch, startups
- 6+ years of experience in roles involving sales, marketing & operations
- Proven experience in handling projects with high business stakes
- Extremely strong process orientation & business accumen
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- High sense of urgency
