Job Profile: Manager/Senior Manager - Alliances & Strategic Partnership

It is an online lending platform that enables SME borrowers to get instant online loans from Banks & NBFCs. The platform also then manages the entire customer journey from transaction fulfilment, repayments to customer servicing. As an online marketplace platform, it connects lenders (institutional lenders like banks and NBFCs) with Small Business.

The Team is composed of Ex-consultants, who have worked extensively in Financial Services space and helped financial companies of every scale build and expand their businesses; Technology experts, who have built products to solve real problems faced by people using technology and Senior professionals from Financial Services sector, who have been engaged directly in such lending activities and understand the nuances and challenges associated with financing this segment.

Experience -

- Minimum 5+ years experience

- At least 3 years of experience in a partnership/alliances role

- Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding new partnerships in the eCommerce, payments, industry associations, and other such entities that are aggregators/service providers to SMEs for sourcing of borrowers of loans through CoinTribe platform

2. Manage the process end to end from sourcing the partnership, defining the terms of engagement, evaluate tech integrations, define product programs to be developed

3. Work with internal team of product, technology and credit to enable a solution for the partnership engagement

4. Develop the delivery process for each of the partnership and define roles and responsibilities of internal stakeholders.
