Manager/Senior Manager - Agri Infra Finance

Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager-Agri Infra Finance

Qualification : MBA,CA having 2 to 5 Yrs of experience in Project finance,debt syndication,corporate finance,Infrastructure can apply.

Job Responsibility :

- Agri Infra does project financing for warehouses, cold chain, terminal market, agro park and capex requirement in food and agri sector. Agri Infrastructure works in close co-ordination with Relationship Managers, Risk/Legal/Compliance and Credit Admin teams.

- The envisaged position focuses on successful deal execution and client relationship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Project appraisal & Deal Structuring :

- Finalization of financial model

- Preparing internal credit note

- Co-ordinate with internal teams (Credit / legal / compliance etc)

- Co-ordinate with client

- Reviewing agreements and documentation

- Ensure successful execution of deal

Portfolio Management :

- Managing client relationships

- Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations

- Regular review of the case

- Inspections / Site visits

- New business / product development initiatives

Knowledge initiatives :

- Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle / industry sector

- Team support

- Sector tracking / management presentations

Skills Required :

- Work experience in banking and experience in Food and Agri sector

- Basic product, technical, and sector knowledge. Understanding of RBI guidelines/ regulatory

- An enthusiastic personality and communicator, able to deal with clients, internal teams (credit/legal/compliance)

- Always shows initiative and creativity when faced with challenging situations

- Demonstrates strong client service attributes
