Manager/Senior Manager/AGM - Finance - BFS - CA/IIM/ISB/IIT/NIT

Part of equity fund raise team. Key responsibilities include :

- Understanding and updating the Company financial model based on business plan and pipeline.

- Handling and being part of investor conversations on the business

- Co-ordinating due diligence efforts with various Investor DD agencies

- Gathering/ maintaining data required by investors in evaluating the business from different teams in the Company

- Working on M&A transactions of the company and assessing project/business worthiness for acquisition

- Mezz financing - Taking lead and handling from origination to closure mezz financing deals

- Investor relationship management

Key qualification/ skillset :

- MBA in finance/CA/B.Tech from top Engineering colleges (IIT/NIT)

- 3-8 years of work ex in project/ infra finance. Renewable energy experience would help. Alternatively, ok with freshers from IIMs, IITs and ISB as well

- Financial modelling skills (must have)

- Excellent communication skills (must have) since they will be communicating to lenders/investors frequently

- Willingness to take up responsibility and ownership

- Intent to work at a pace required to meet deliverables/ targets
