We are looking for Process Excellence / Black Belt for world's leading service and outsourcing UK - Based company.

Education & Work Exp : Bachelors or higher education degree in Accounting with overall 7-10 years of experience with 2-3 years of experience in two or more of the following areas- Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, & Program

Shifts : UK Shift, 5 days working

Grade : Mgr / SM /AGM / DGM

Desired Candidate Profile

- Certified lean Six Sigma Black Belt on or before 2010

- Experience in Project management or PMP or Prince2 certified

- Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping

- Possesses outstanding analytic and problem solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect up from business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities.

- Excellent communication skills and exposure to International assignments and/or client engagement with the ability to communicate at all levels.

- Excellent writing and reporting skills in order to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process.

- Analytical bend of mind in order to understand the business needs and the workflow of the management and the administration tasks.

Job Description

Develop & maintain strong, positive business relationships with key internal & external clients to clearly understand their business processes, and the development/articulation of short & long term business objectives.

- Programme manage the implementation of operational change to deliver improved effectiveness and efficiency within the agreed timelines, quality and budget

- Clearly define the business case for the projects that have been proposed, and validate the opportunity, scope and importance of a project.

- Build, mobilise, and lead cross departmental project teams to meet the project objectives within the given time frame, and within budget; have a strong project management mindset.

- Use Lean and DMAIC methodologies to understand current processes, identify impacts to current processes of proposed defect fixes or system enhancements, and work with the various stakeholders to propose and develop process and/or technology modifications

- Develop requirements documents and conduct systems testing, training, and related documentation as necessary.

- Present regular updates to stakeholders in the form of toll-gate reviews using DMAIC/Lean tools.

- Provide training to internal or external customers as required.
