- Oversees and coordinates administrative activities within the organization to ensure efficient operations and support to various departments. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in administrative management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
