Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned): &nbsp; - Monthly valuation of liabilities - Statutory valuation - Analysis of Surplus - IRDA reporting - Surrender value calculations - Reserve adequacy - Testing of new products in prophet launched from time to time Skills, Knowledge &amp; Qualifications (Framework required by the position) : - Well worse with valuation process followed in India for IRDA Reporting - Prophet, MS Access and MS Excel - Actuarial papers Personal Attributes &amp; Competencies : - Ability to work independently - Logical/Analytical ability - Taking initiative to resolve the issues - Team player Performance Measures (The quantitative measures of the job's overall responsibility) : - Timely completion of monthly valuation and reports shared with finance - Submission of IRDA Reports on timely basis with accuracy - Documentation of the changes made to the process along with necessary controls - Adoption of best practices
