1. Design the reporting framework to address regulatory and internal information requirements in the context of reporting requirements for the CFO. 2. Support the delivery of Finance Transformation engagements, which involves reviewing the status of companies' finance departments, advising on creating/improving an efficient process framework as well as recommending the use of automation solutions. 3. Design Finance Business Processes (OTC, PTP, RTR) to be enabled by ERP (SAP / Oracle). 4. Design the Chart of Account. 5. Design Controlling model, identifying key reporting dimensions 6. Act as a functional Finance expert to support the business part of the implementation of new technologies within Finance departments and conduct finance diagnostic, maturity assessment and benchmarking. 7. Design Read, reconcile the Financial Statement (P&L, BS and Cash flow) and chart of accounts. 8. Draft Key design decision documents 9. Review the Finance Delegation of Authority in alignment with the new processes 10. Identify key impacts on the Operating model 11. Support the preparation of the Value case for Finance Transformation 12. Design and improve the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes and assess the maturity level of managing and understanding costs. 13. Assist in preparation of financial statement and audit support 14. Hands-on experience on the implementation of IFRS 17
