Manager / Sr Manager - Account Management

- Be an expert vendor/ publisher relationship manager and communicator who works closely with regional language publishers

- Be a strong negotiator, able to continually work with publishers to improve customer offering through increased selection, new programs and better costs

- Understand the performance of the publishers

- Work closely with leaders across the organisation both locally and globally in ensuring that our client continue to develop new services and product offerings

- Be an industry expert who understands industry trends, competition and reader's needs and innovates in response

- Develop new and existing author relationships to acquire new selection and to inform product improvements.

- MBA from a premier B school with 5-12 years of experience in business development, consulting, product management, Account management and / or marketing

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation in a fast paced environment with high ambiguity

- Strong anaytical skills
