Work Mode: US Shift and EST Shift - WFO(Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Services Sales Professional to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the US market, with a strong understanding of the IT landscape and the needs of our target customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, closing deals, and managing relationships with existing customers.

As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.

- Build relationships with potential customers and partners.

- Conduct market research and analysis

- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.

- Close deals and negotiate contracts.

- Manage customer relationships.

- Stay up to date on the latest IT trends

- Attend industry events and conferences.

The candidate should be Great at:

- End-to-end IT sales in the B2B US market

- Negotiation skills and networking skills

- Business intelligence skills

- Communication and interpersonal skills

The cndidate must be good with:

- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on the US market

- Strong understanding of the IT landscape and the needs of customers

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Proven ability to close deals.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Working independently and as part of a team.

The candidate should be willing to:

- Work in US shift

- WFO in hybrid mode.
