HR Strategy Development :
- Collaborate with the HR Head and senior leadership to develop and refine HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation in HR.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
HR Project Management :
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Change Management :
- Develop change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of HR initiatives and organizational changes.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on change management best practices, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor change progress, identify risks and barriers, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
HR Analytics and Reporting :
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define HR metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing HR programs and processes.
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to track HR performance and provide visibility to key stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement :
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and innovation in HR service delivery.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and leverage insights to drive ongoing improvement and innovation in HR practices.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in HR strategy development, project management, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
