Job opportunity for Associate Strategy role with an E-commerce start up.

Job Title : Manager/ Sr. Associate/Associate Strategy

Position Type : On Roll, Full- time

Department/Group : Operations

Location : Gurgaon Head Office

Educational Qualification : Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline

Primary Responsibility :

- To involve in identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and implement creative, data driven solutions.

- Responsible for defining, analysing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams.

- To model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.

- To execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

- Wrangling data from multiple sources including sales, inventory, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making along with stakeholders

- Ability to analyse and document complex business processes and deliver functional requirements like data flows, data mappings etc.

Good to have :

- Experience in analysing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

- Excellent data interpretation (business insights, trends, etc.) and presentation skills that incorporate elements of Info graphics.

- Hands on BI tools, Web analytics tool, Statistical tools - Ability to multi task and work on a diverse range of requirements.

- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-data-oriented audiences

Eligibility :

- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- 1 to 3 Years of experience in relevant role

- Technical capabilities: SQL, Excel, R/SAS/SPSS

- Proven experience in analytical insights with business goals and improvements
