Responsibilities include the following:

- Manage a team of high performing individuals to perform a variety of tasks in populating / procuring content for the product catalogs on the Web Site.

- Duties for the team include, content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting / coordinating with sellers/ manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors / complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed etc.

- Liaising with various teams to create and define standard operating procedures and processes maintaining the health of the catalog by performing regular audits, doing root cause resolution to fix issues found, closing the loop with sellers and train them on the fixes.

Basic Qualifications:

- Directly managed operations, or a large team for at least 2 years.

- 4-6 years of work experience.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers

- Must be metrics-driven.

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.

- Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.

- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.

- Experience with eCommerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage

- Bachelors degree required, masters preferred.

- Experience with eCommerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.

Basic Qualifications:

- experience of process improvement and automation.

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.
