Manager, Seller Catalog Services:

The role requires the person to manage at a high level and at the same time be able to dive really deep in to processes and systems, needing to be completely hands-on when required.

A key area will be the person's ability to think in terms of systems and automation. This person should also be able to work with systems and tools and be quick to learn new tools and understand how to implement them in an ambiguous scenario.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

- Manage a team of high performing individuals to perform a variety of tasks in populating / procuring content for the product catalogs on the Company's Web Site. Duties for the team include, content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting / coordinating with sellers/ manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors / complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed etc.

- Liaising with various teams to create and define standard operating procedures and processes for the team enabling them to execute on the vision.

- Responsibilities also include maintaining the health of the catalog by performing regular audits, doing root cause resolution to fix issues found, closing the loop with sellers and train them on the fixes.

Basic Qualifications:

- Directly managed operations, or a large team for at least 2 years.

- Demonstrated ability to hire and develop a strong team.

- Demonstrated experience of process improvement and automation.

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.

- Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.

- Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.

- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
