Manager - Security Settlements

1) Settlements Analyst responsible to manage allegements, prematch and settle securities settlements across global markets.

2) Need to assist supervisor to manage process , risk , projects and internal/external queries

3) Execute daily tasks assigned for the process with zero errors or incidents.

4) Ensuring trades are confirmed and matched for settlement prior to value date

5) Ensuring timely escalations within the Operations groups and Middle Offices to ensure prompt resolution of exceptions On Value date track and ensure all trades settle in timely manner.

6) Ensure funding is managed well and work closely with Cash Mgmt / Treasury

7) Post Value date investigate Nostro & Depot breaks and follow-up for resolution.

8) Assist in publishing daily, weekly, monthly MIS in time

9) Adhere to SOP and controls for the respective process.

10) Building relationships with internal & external counterparties to ensure smooth communication and coordination for BAU.

10) Understand needs and sensitivities of internal and external clients and proactively ensures these are met.

11) Ensure Check List is updated for all daily tasks performed.
