Manager - Security Operations/SOC - BFSI

Responsibilities :

- 10+ years of industry experience with Cyber Security, Security Incident Management & Vulnerability Management.

- Demonstrated holistic management of Security Operations (Cyber Security Threats, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, Change Management, Compliance Management and Risk Management etc.)

- Experience in managing Security Operation Center covering processes, shift management, tools, support models and service level requirements for at least 3 years.

- Extensive experience with handling security incidents, enterprise level changes reviews, enterprise reporting & risk dashboard Thorough understanding of service management functions/ITIL functions and managed L1/L2/L3 type of support environment for large enterprise using standard service management tools.

- Experience in leading a team of 15 or more security consultants at least for a period of 2 years.

- Exposure to data center operations, managed services and/or information technology operations. Candidate should be able to define evolving process and procedure requirements, documentation, reporting, and remediation proposals for SOC.

- Must be able to exhibit strong communication, collaboration, as well as time and project management skills. Intelligent, rigorous thinker who is equally comfortable and capable interacting with technologists as with business executives.

- Excellent communication skills and executive presence that enable effective engagement with senior stakeholders. Depth in knowledge on Computer Networking, Application Security & Information Security concepts.

Additional Qualifications :

- Security certifications - CISSP (Mandatory), CISA, CISM, PMP or Other Security Related Certifications and ITIL certification.

- Candidate must have strong analytic skills for problem analysis and resolution.

- Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Candidate must have self and project management skills to maintain timely deliverables. Able to communicate with end users, technical teams and stake holders are required. Worked in an offshore/onsite engagement models.
