Manager - Scrum Master/Business Analysis - BFSI

Position Overview:

As a Technical Manager - Finance and Technology, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the intersection of technology and finance within our organization. Your expertise in both the tech domain and financial operations will be essential in driving strategic initiatives, managing a talented team, and ensuring successful project execution. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of technical, managerial, and business-focused tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Domain Expertise : Utilize your Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to provide financial insights, guidance, and oversight on projects and financial strategies.

2. Tech Domain Proficiency : Leverage your in-depth knowledge of various technologies and coding languages to guide technical decision-making and solutions development.

3. SDLC Mastery : Lead teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

4. Effective Business Analysis : Apply your business analysis skills to gather and document detailed requirements, translating them into actionable technical plans.

5. Strong Communication and Drafting Skills : Clearly articulate technical concepts, project status, and business needs to diverse stakeholders through well-crafted communication and documentation.

6. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

7. Proven People Manager : Demonstrate your ability to inspire, motivate, and manage team members, driving productivity, skill development, and career growth.

8. Agile Methodologies : Conduct scrum calls and agile processes to optimize project execution and enhance team efficiency.

9. Business Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs, ensuring that technical solutions align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience working within the tech domain, demonstrating hands-on familiarity with coding languages and technology stacks.

- Thorough understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies.

- Extensive experience as a business analyst, effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication and drafting skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Successful track record of managing and leading teams, ideally a team of around 10 professionals.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies, including conducting scrum calls and overseeing agile processes.

- Prior experience in conducting business requirement gathering, documentation, and managing project deliverables.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to bridge the gap between finance and technology.

- Proven ability to drive results, motivate teams, and foster a collaborative work environment.
