- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the SCM & Operations Manager for our Fabrication Vertical.

- As the SCM & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management and execution of fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and maintain project budget.

- You will be a key strategic leader, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence. People management, fostering a positive work culture, and optimizing systems and processes will be crucial aspects of your role.

- As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with top MNCs, EPCs, SME and MSME manufacturing facilities, and internal teams across sales, finance, and operations.

Qualification :

- Minimum of Bachelors/ Masters of Engineering in Mechanical or Production

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

- Project Monitoring & Execution: Lead and supervise fabrication projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Managing operations for executing projects.

- Supply chain Management - Devise procurement management processes, building supply chain pan India and manage the suppliers.

- Systems & Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline fabrication processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Work closely with finance and resource planning teams to develop project budgets and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project receivables and coordinate with customers for periodic reconciliation of the statement of accounts

- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate contingency plans as needed.

- Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality fabricated products and services.

- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations, promoting a safe and environmentally conscious work environment.

- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

- Innovation and Technology: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in fabrication, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

- Contract Negotiations: Participate in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the Fabrication Vertical, aligning with the overall organizational goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- People Management: Manage and mentor a team of fabrication professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development
