CS Manager - SAP SD
Responsibilities:
- Manages changes and new requirements within own functional area(s) (SD, CS and e - invoicing)
- SAP Configuration within own functional area(s)
- Being an integral part of the e - invoicing initiative & driving the implementations from IM side
- Makes solution proposals / functional designs and prototypes/mock - ups and provide information to support decision making concerning the requirements in projects and enhancement requests .
- Supports, consults, and participates in operational development projects , e nhancing and optimising processes. - Agile team member
- Manages the documentation and test cases related to the functional developments assigned to you
- Work in close co - operation with colleagues in ERP CoE and whole of IM, as well as business stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc or M.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
- Detailed experience, including functional configuration and implementation experience of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & SAP Customer Service (CS) and e - invoicing
- Detailed experience of e - invoicing implementations using different platforms (preferably Pagero, Edicom)
- SAP S/4HANA experience is seen as an advantage.
- Very good communication, presentation and cooperation skills in global environment
- Proactive, development - minded, independent and goal - focused attitude to work
- Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills-
- Knowledge of ITIL, project management, agile and service design is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent written and spoken English
