Manager - SAP FICO - Telecom

Role purpose:

Independently responsible to drive, manage, co-ordinate & execute end to end production life cycle of a suite of business critical applications starting from production readiness, Quality tests, actual production rollouts/deployments to post production L1 and L2 support for all the above applications and
indirectly manage a large team of service partners to achieve business objective.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Sound Knowledge of Telecom IT domain

- Ability to coordinate and Manage with multiple technical, Ops and outsourcing teams

- Strong experience of operations processes, right from release calendar planning to production deployments and post-production incident management support

- Strong knowledge of production environment management parameters such as high availability, capacity planning, licensing needs and upgrade processes, incident management, support SLAs and KPIs, performance tuning, disaster recovery and real-time replications.
