Management Consulting and General Business Consulting :

- Experience is a must.

- Worked internationally in the pharmaceutical /medical devices / biotechnology industry or worked in an international context with clients from the above industry segments.

- Global pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience is preferred.

- Experience of having worked on SAP S4 HANA implementation projects

- Strong functional knowledge with experience in any of the below mentioned modules :

1. SAP - EWM

2. SAP - IBP

3. SAP - APO

4. SAP - BW

Client Stakeholder and Project Management :

- Leads and manages a module / part of a project within a specific area or domain

- Works on client site with minimal supervision in his / her area

- Interacts with clients regularly and provides specialized inputs at a functional level

Communication :

- Has good written and verbal communication skills. Can articulate and share points well

- Shares inputs in his / her area to support a deck

- Make presentations wherever required to a known audience or client on functional aspects of his or her domain. Is part of the larger team which presents to the client

Industry/ functional Skills :

- Experience in Life Sciences Industry is mandatory

- Should have 7-9 years of progressive business and/or consulting experience; at least 6 years of experience in Life Sciences Industry is mandatory

- Consulting Experience in SAP Customization and Implementation with Life Sciences clients is must, especially in Business scoping, assessment and planning (Blueprinting, Business case creation, Business Process Redesign etc.)

- Hands-on exposure to EWM, IBP, APO, BW modules is preferred

- Understanding of business process for end to end supply chain (Procurement, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution)

- Thought leadership experience is preferred: Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc.

- Should have worked with multi-functional teams and cross-functional stakeholders

- Preferably worked in an international context servicing client or worked internationally

- Should possess strong program management skills
