Manager - Sales - Warehouse Solutions/Contract Logistics Business

Who we are Looking for?

Looking for someone who is into warehouse solutions sales to real estate organisations or any 3pl / contract logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and assist in the process of lead generation to achieve the set targets

- Should be good to manage and grow a strong and continuous pipeline of customers

- Experience in Procuring & shortlisting warehouse

- Technical and commercial evaluation of warehouses

- Define and streamline processes for new revenue verticals

- Well versed with Warehousing real estate and market conditions

- Work experience in IPC's preferred

- Knowledge of Location analysis & Planning and Leasing Transactions for warehousing requirements for 3PL Logistics & MNC's.

- Strong knowledge in Contract Logistics.
