Role : Sales Manager - Videography Products & Solutions

Key Experience :

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales, BD and customer services experience. He/She will be responsible managing India Sales of cinema equipment, services, videography, and photography. The person will oversee 1 field sales and 1 digital marketing team member and also build and establish international client relationships.

Primary Role :

- Manage sales process; lead/inquiry development

- Lead sales initiatives, design business development strategies within the defined business segment, products, markets and geographies

- Understand customer requirements, design proposals and manage the sales process

- Identify new channels and new customer segments to drive incremental revenue

- Responsible for incremental and repeat business from the existing customer base.

- Maximize revenue and margin generation

Key Skills :

- Deep understanding of product features, sales and customer services domain

- Go getter with persuasion skills

- Flexible and adaptable, ability to adjust to changing priorities in fast-growth, dynamic environment.

- Strong negotiation, motivational, relationship building, and client service skills.

- Articulate and Excellent Communication skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications :

- Post Graduate in Management

- 3-5 years of demonstrated managerial experience in sales, preferably in the domain of AV equipment and solutions, hardware, videography, consumer electronics.
