3. Ensuring hiring & retention of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the area/region for conducting IRDAI batches
4. Overlooking the Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers
5. Ensuring hiring & retention of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the Region for conducting IRDAI batches
6. Ensuring manning & retention of AADMs in the Region under supervision.
7. Co-ordinating & Ensuring all different activities such as brand activation, BOPs etc. to help Sales on business & recruitment activities
8. Handling the Team & Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity
