JOB ROLE :

- Responsible for Sales Training - PAN India

- Able to manage the requirement, understand the gap and challenges, as per regions requirement

- Apart from Sales Training, Also responsible for Process Training / Behaviourial Training & Change Management

- Responsible for Sales Function & Distribution Function also

- Supporting the Functional Head on various aspect of Sales Support Function

Candidate Requirement :

- MBA - Full Time

- Currently working as a ASM, willing to move into this Training Profile " preferred

- Knowledge of Spoken Hindi

- Having a thorough knowledge of MIS Reports

- Managing Budgets for training and process development
