STEPS is an Executive Search Organization headquartered in New Delhi.

I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR..

My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC.

POSITION - Manager- Sales Training.. Job Location - Noida.. Exp - 5 to 10 yrs

1. Training of Sales team on developing new partners, New customer acquisition, funnel generation, funnel generation

Also training sales team on End user computing, Servers, Storage, Networking, Enterprise Software, Workstations, Desktop and Laptop

2. Product Training Especially in a area of Server, Storage, networking and Software (Systems/Information Management, Data protection, Security Management)

3. Training for Channel Managers and Account Managers to provide bird's eye view of Product lines.

4. Identify and analyze training needs; Assess Training Needs (TNI/TNA) through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, and stakeholders.

5. Design and conduct Soft-Skills training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.

6. Coordinate for training programs and manage key stakeholders expectations and their presence for the session

7. Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities or program effectiveness.

8. Prepares training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.

9. Coordinate in selecting and assigning instructors to conduct training.

10. Schedule training based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors.

11. Support training team in developing content and supplementary material (power point slides, handouts, notices etc) for soft skill training program.

12. Training Database and updating MIS.

13. Update performance report of trainees.

14. Collect feedback forms and prepare MIS for the training programs

15. Deliver soft skill and functional training/ Induction to new joinees as and when required.

Outstanding knowledge on MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate tool (Instructional Design) required
